SELECTION
The success of your wedding reception may very well depend on your selection of DJ service. There is no substitute for experience and Sedona DJs has more than 25 years, plus many years in radio and nightclubs.

REFERENCES
In addition to the many testimonials throughout our website and client page for you to peruse, we will also supply, at your request, a list of most-recent clients for you to contact regarding our performances.

DJS
Your DJ will work in conjunction with the wedding planner and/or photographer in keeping your reception flowing smoothly by serving as MC and providing all necessary announcements, acknowledgments and dedications. Sedona DJs can be as subdued as you request or as interactive as the guests dictate.

SUGGESTIONS
Before making a decision on a music service, we recommend a meeting with the actual DJ. Sedona DJs offers a no-obligation, complimentary consultation and presentation by appointment. This is an opportunity to meet the prospective DJ and seek answers to any questions.

RESERVING A DATE
Once the decision is made to reserve Sedona DJs for your wedding, a performance agreement will be available for you to sign at the time of the appointment and a $100 deposit is required to reserve a specific date. Due to some dates booking more than a year in advance we encourage a commitment ASAP to insure availability. However, there is never a “hard-sell” to retain our services and as a result, our performance agreement can be downloaded at any time, signed and sent to us with a deposit.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Sedona DJs prides itself on good customer relations and will gladly meet with our clients as often as they feel is necessary; on numerous occasions, they have met with us strictly to listen to specific songs. There is no charge for these meetings.

MUSIC
With more than 10,000 songs at our disposal per event,
we have the capability of providing pre-ceremonial music (including classical, jazz, new age and love songs) to numerous processional and recessional selections. Song lists are highly appreciated and requests are honored whenever possible.

SET-UP
Generally, Sedona DJs professional sound systems will be installed and ready for operation well before the scheduled performance time; this also includes wireless mics for various toasts and speeches. Substitute equipment is always onboard and available if needed. Additional systems are available for remote locations for a nominal fee as discussed on our rate page.

WEDDING ITINERARY
Once our services have been retained, we will begin organizing your music requests and ask that you submit a "Reception Specifics On-line Form" that can be completed and submitted on-line. This is the general guideline that your reception will follow, complete with times, names of the bridal party and specific songs. At least once before the event, you will be contacted to finalize all aspects of the itinerary.

EXTRA HOURS
Extra hours are usually agreed upon in advance, however it is possible to extend the performance time during the reception; often the DJ can accommodate this request on such short notice, pending prior obligations. See the rate page for additional hours.
